_____ I understand by signing my daughter up for Napa Saints Cheerleading, I will be responsible for completing at least 8 hours of volunteer time, or waiving and paying a $200 parent volunteer fee.  Failure to show up for assigned volunteer time or failure to pay the fee, I understand my child may not participate on the game day following the no-show occurrence.

_____ I understand that it is necessary for at least one parent to attend practice every day.

_____ I understand that Napa Saints Cheerleading may be invited to several cheer competitions that are not sponsored by NYF or DVYFC, and the costs associated with these competitions are not included in the NYF participation fees.  The actual dates and costs for these competitions are not usually available until well after sign-ups. Estimate of costs is based upon previous year’s experience as indicated on the CHEER PROGRAM FEES sheet.

_____ I understand that I may request the squad of my choice, but that Coaches and the Board of Directors will have the final decision on which squad each cheerleader will be placed on after all considerations have been taken.

_____ I understand that MANDATORY attendance by a parent/guardian and registered cheerleader at Saints Day (TBA-tentatively June 2008) is required for uniform and shoe fitting, completion of paperwork, volunteer positions/hours sign ups, and payment of all remaining fees.  Failure to attend this MANDATORY day may result in my cheerleader being dismissed from the team.

_____ I understand  if my cheerleader misses 3 games during the season, or if she incurs more than 3 unexcused practices (including vacations) during the month of August, she may be dismissed from the program.
